Pricing

$59.99 for any and ALL incidents*
To simplify the troubleshooting process, I have made one flat rate fee: $59.99 is my standard rate unless otherwise stated. Expect to pay $59.99 to fix the majority of cases which can be diagnosed and completed in 1 hour or less time.

*special cases that surpass 1 hour are charged an additional $20 per hour.

For hardware repairs/upgrades, parts and labor cost will be added to your invoice.

THIS IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.If you accept our agreement to troubleshoot, your diagnostic fee will be applied to your invoice as credit.

This cost covers all diagnostic fees in the event you are declined service.

Invoicing and Payments

Please remit payment upon completion of service. An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal which you will receive an email notification.

You may also pay your invoice via Cash, Check or Zelle. If unpaid after 30 days a late fee of $20 will be charged.
